Von Winning is one of Germany's great Riesling estates, based in Deidesheim in the heart of the Pfalz. Under winemaker Stephan Attmann, the estate farms Biodynamically and works with minimal intervention, producing Rieslings of real purity and precision.

Win Win is a VDP.GUTSWEIN, the estate level wine made from Von Winning's own grapes. Half the wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel for freshness and fruit purity, while the other half goes into barrel for added texture and complexity. Fermentation is spontaneous, and the wine drinks dry.

Expect yellow apple, white peach and lime, with lemon curd, a touch of honeysuckle and a subtle flinty note. The palate is juicy and textured, with a gentle creaminess from the barrel portion but dry mis pallet and a crisp, mouthwatering dry finish.

Serve well chilled (8-10°C) with Spicy Asian or Indian dishes, pork schnitzel, roast chicken, sushi or fresh prawns. Also brilliant as an aperitif.
