The Drache ("Dragon") Riesling serves as the estate's VDP.GUTSWEIN offering a regional wine that delivers outstanding quality and value. Made from estate-grown grapes, it ferments and ages entirely in stainless steel to preserve freshness and fruit purity. Three months on the lees adds texture and complexity, while 7g/L residual sugar provides a hint of off-dry roundness that balances the wine's zesty acidity.

Due to the warm climate in this area the nose bursts with tropical fruits, green apples, gooseberries, lemongrass, and lime zest. On the bone dry palate, expect ripe stone fruit, vibrant acidity, and a long, energetic dry finish. This is Riesling that hums with life: crisp, refreshing, and utterly moreish. Not sweet, dry!
