Chianti with a grin on its face. Biskero is Salcheto’s fresh, organic take on the Tuscan classic, made just outside Montepulciano with Sangiovese at its core and a few local indigenous grapes in the mix.

It’s bright and savoury with just the right amount of grip. Red cherry, cranberry, dusty spice and a little earthy character. Thirty percent sees a short rest in American tonneaux, the rest stays fresh in steel before bottling. No sulfur added, just clean fruit and natural flow.

This is not your weighty, old-school Chianti. It’s lighter, more lifted, but still rooted in the region’s best traditions.

Salcheto farms organically, bottles with care, and lets the wine speak for itself. Biskero is playful by name, but serious where it counts. Pour it with pasta, pizza, pecorino, or a Tuesday night.
