Produced by the historic Rovellotti family, the fruit is fully destemmed before spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. With no oak influence, the focus remains on purity of fruit, vibrant acidity and the transparent expression of site that defines the best wines of Alto Piemonte.

Fragrant aromas of red cherry, raspberry and wild berries lift from the glass alongside subtle floral notes, dried herbs and hints of spice.
