A generous and fruit driven expression of southern Italian Primitivo, Romio Organic captures the warmth and richness of Puglia with a clean, modern edge. This is a wine that leans into ripeness and texture while keeping things fresh and approachable.

Sourced from organically farmed vineyards, the grapes are destemmed and left on skins for 10 days before a soft pressing. Fermentation and aging take place entirely in stainless steel, preserving purity of fruit and avoiding any heavy oak influence.

Ripe blackberry, plum and dark cherry sit alongside gentle spice and a touch of dried herbs. The palate is smooth and rounded, with soft tannins and a plush, easy finish that makes it highly drinkable.

A classic Primitivo style that feels polished and balanced. Perfect for relaxed evenings, shared plates and wines that don’t ask too much but deliver plenty.

Pair with grilled meats, pasta with rich tomato sauces, pizza or aged cheeses. Serve at room temperature or with a light chill.
