This is classic Spanish red. Bright cranberry, pomegranate, roasted yellow pepper, dark chocolate, thyme, oregano that brings it all together. The tannins are present but polished, the palate is structured with a wild, earthy charm. Aged in concrete and old 500L barrels to retain freshness and let the fruit speak clearly.
