A vibrant and sun soaked expression of Monastrell from the high plains of Jumilla, Parajes del Valle captures the energy and purity of old vine fruit grown in a warm but elevated landscape. This is a wine that balances ripeness with freshness, showing a lighter, more lifted side of the variety.

Sourced from organically farmed vineyards between 15 and 40 years old, the wine is fermented and aged in concrete to preserve clarity and natural texture. With no oak influence, the focus stays firmly on fruit, minerality and the raw character of the site.

Juicy red plum, raspberry and wild strawberry lead into hints of dried herbs, spice and a gentle earthy edge. The palate is soft and open, with light tannins and a fresh, easy flow that makes it highly drinkable.
