The García Pérez family are particularly proud of growing the most special local varietals. Their hearts and spirits are dedicated to bring out the best wines where the grapes and the terroir express themselves, always with minimal intervention. Jumilla has soils covered in pebbles that reflect the heat of the sun. Spunky - for those who like a little bit of savoury in their pink drink. Monastrell is famed for its lovely spiced character, alongside blue fruitedness, both of which shine through here. There’s a distinct scent of cherry tomato, which makes me think - call the pizza guy! Or perhaps arrange a lovely antipasti, with some capsicum or salami floating about. Serve ice cold.
