Delicate in colour but deep in character. Wild strawberry, blood orange, dried rose petals and crushed stone. The bubbles are fine, the acidity is clean, and the finish is long and savoury with a whisper of pomegranate.

This is serious sparkling wine with a soft edge. Romantic, yes, but also grounded. The kind of bottle that makes you slow down and actually notice what’s in the glass.
